### 1. Services

Ehlom Digital provides web design, web hosting, domain registration, 

and website maintenance services to clients across Northeast India 

and beyond.

### 2. Payment

- All services must be paid in advance

- Invoices are due within 7 days of generation

- Late payments may result in service suspension

- We accept UPI, cards, and netbanking via Razorpay

### 3. Refund Policy

- Domain registrations are non-refundable once registered

- Hosting plans are non-refundable after 7 days of activation

- Website design deposits are non-refundable after work has begun

### 4. Account Responsibility

- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure

- You are responsible for all content hosted on your account

- We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating our policies

### 5. Acceptable Use

You may not use our services for:

- Illegal content or activities

- Sending spam emails

- Hosting malware or phishing pages

- Copyright infringement

### 6. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. 

Scheduled maintenance will be notified in advance.

### 7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services without refund for 

violations of these terms.
